We often start with an architectural survey: a visual inspection of the property in which defects, maintenance status and risks are recorded. For electrical installations, we perform completion inspections (NEN 1010) and periodic inspections (NEN 3140). This determines whether installations have been safely installed and maintained.
We are also certified for SCIOS Scope 8 (electrical installations), Scope 9 (electrical tools and work equipment) and Scope 12 (solar installations). With these we ensure electrical safety and reduce risks of fire or malfunction.
Finally, we support property managers with the preparation of a Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP) and structural management through property maintenance management. In this way, we ensure timely maintenance and predictable costs.
