Installation Management
SOCOTEC assists you in managing your water supply installation in order to keep bacterial growth under control. Our BRL-certified professionals know their way around your building and have all the know-how and skills required.
Flushing
Installations must be operated in accordance with the design conditions, the basic principle being that the pipe content is refreshed at least once a week. If it is not possible to adapt the installation to this, it must be guaranteed in another way. We can flust the taps manually or automatically for you. Additionally we keep digital logs of these procedures.
Disinfection
SOCOTEC can disinfect the water supply installation preventively or if a standard has been exceeded. By disinfection we mean the physical (thermal) or chemical (using biocide) removal or killing of harmful micro-organisms in a drinking-water and/or hot-water installation. Disinfection is carried out professionally in accordance with BRL-K14032.

Digital Management
Our digital management consists of a smart app and a digital thermometer. This eliminates the manual measuring, recording and archiving of the control measures, generating information about the Legionella prevention that is always up to date for the locations that make use of the digital management. Paper logbooks are a thing of the past and Legionella prevention can now be carried out in 46% of the time using smart algorithms. This helps the client who is always 'in control' in terms of this legal obligation. We help to interpret the data and provide insight into progress and congestion using our own management dashboards. This allows you to focus on other important activities from now on and simplifies Legionella management.
The risk analysis or NEN 1006 inspection is carried out digitally, after which the data is transferred directly to the digital management plan. It is easy to select a user who is responsible for the task and then monitor performance via a dashboard. Notifications are sent to the users responsible selected if they do not perform tasks or in case of emergencies.
