Multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP)
Whether it concerns special structures such as churches, listed buildings or farms, or large-scale facilities such as office buildings, flats or apartment buildings, they all need regular maintenance to keep their value, look and comfort. This involves a whole range of aspects. Consider, for example, the paintwork and the lifespan of wooden elements such as door and window frames as well as sustainability aspects, such as replacing lights with LEDs. SOCOTEC can draw up a multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) for you. It offers you a complete overview of what you can expect each year in terms of work and costs.
