Building inspections
To gain insight into the structural condition of the home, it is advisable to have a structural survey carried out. SOCOTEC can carry out the following types of inspection:

Structural inspections
Do you want insight in the thermal shell of your building? SOCOTEC conducts building physics tests such as thermography and blower-door measurements. By carrying out these measurements, information is obtained about the quality of a building’s shell.
Technical installations
Residents assume that they are safe in your homes. To guarantee that safety, there are clear standards and guidelines that apply for the construction, management and maintenance of (technical) installations. SOCOTEC tests and inspects the safety of your homes in accordance with the BRL and NEN standards. For housing associations, we conduct safety inspections that comply with BRL-14015.
Multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP)
Whether it concerns special structures such as churches, listed buildings or farms, or large-scale facilities such as office buildings, flats or apartment buildings, they all need regular maintenance to keep their value, look and comfort. This involves a whole range of aspects. Consider, for example, the paintwork and the lifespan of wooden elements such as door and window frames as well as sustainability aspects, such as replacing lights with LEDs.
